报告摘要：

Among many functions that Mycology program performs in managing and maximizing the value of the fungal culture collection, strain identification and taxonomic clarification has focused on priority areas such as reference strains of national or global applications and bioenergy strains. A polyphasic approach is employed to shed light on the taxonomic status and phylogenetic relationship to its neighbor or sibling species. A brief overview of this strategy and a few examples will be presented.
