♦ About Beijing

 

Beijing is the modern capital city of the People’s Republic of China as well as a well known city in the ancient world. It has over 3000 years of history and has been the capital city of five dynasties. This has made Beijing famous for the depth in culture and richness in tourist resources. No visitor to China today wants to miss visiting the Forbidden City, the largest royal palace in the world, the Summer Palace, where the imperial family escaped the summer heat, the Temple of Heaven, or the Great Wall. There are more than 200 major sightseeing spots open to tourists and over 7300 cultural and historical scenes.

♦ International Attendees

 

NOTE:Attendees from most countries will be required to obtain a visa to enter the People's Republic of China; Attendees can apply for a Chinese visa through a travel agency or directly at the nearest Chinese embassy. No visa is required for ordinary passport holders from Singapore, Brunei and Japan to visit China for up to 15 days for business, sightseeing, visiting relatives and friends or transit.

 

Letter of Invitation
If attendees apply for a tourist visa, which will allow you attend the conference and sight-seeing, an official visa invitation letter will not be needed from Organizing Committee. Once you have registrated for the symposium, we will issue you an official invitation letter to assist you to obtain a visa to China.
The invitation letter will state the conference name, the duration of the conference, your detailed correspondence that will be extracted from your enquiry.
